Bolden Group is pleased to share the successful transformation of a block of four terraced properties in Southport for our valued client, One Vision Housing. The property homes required extensive structural repairs, and we are proud of our team for their dedication to delivering high-quality work, restoring these properties to their full potential.

Our scope of work included removing all original render, repairing structural cracks, renewing all RWG, applying a fresh silicone render finish, and installing new felt roofs at the rear of the properties.
