We are proud to showcase another successful transformation of a block of four terraced properties in Southport for our valued client, One Vision Housing. Our team carried out extensive structural repairs to restore these homes to their full potential.

The work involved removing all original render, repairing structural cracks, renewing all rainwater goods, applying a fresh silicone render finish, and installing new felt roofs at the rear of the properties. We worked closely with Sovini Property Services (SPS) and Northern Scaffolding Limited, whose support was instrumental in the success of this project.
