This project involved the construction of a bespoke four-bedroom detached home, with a strong emphasis on quality and collaboration. At the client’s request, we prioritised the use of premium materials and, where possible, engaged local tradespeople to support the community. Despite encountering unexpected ground issues that were not identified in the initial architectural plans, the project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, showcasing our ability to adapt and maintain high standards under challenging conditions.
