Student Accommodation Energy Upgrade
Bolden Group upgraded the energy efficiency of a student accommodation property in Liverpool city centre. The project aimed to improve the building’s Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating and ensure it was ready for the new academic year. With a budget of £30,000, the team installed Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) throughout the property to reduce heat loss and lower energy consumption. They also carried out full painting and decoration to refresh the space and create a more modern, comfortable living environment. Essential maintenance work ensured the property met all required standards for incoming students.
The upgrades significantly improved the EPC rating, making the property more energy-efficient and reducing long-term running costs. The improvements also enhanced the overall living experience for students. The project was completed on time and within budget, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable construction. By delivering practical and cost-effective energy solutions, we continue to support landlords in creating greener, more efficient housing.
