VALUE | £ 4.0 MILLION |

Sefton Council has approved Bolden Group’s contract to build a modern three-storey building with 26 high-quality apartments. Planning is set for October 2024.
The Old Roan Development will transform a key site in Liverpool into a vibrant residential space. It will replace a former two-storey public house that has stood vacant for over a decade. This project will revitalise an area long in disrepair at the corner of Ormskirk Road (A59) and Copy Lane, next to Old Roan railway station. Its location near major transport links and local amenities will provide residents with convenience and easy access to essential services.
The new build will feature 26 carefully planned one- and two-bedroom apartments. It will provide ideal homes for young professionals, couples, and those seeking a well-connected living space. The nearby railway station and bus interchange will provide residents with easy access to Liverpool’s city centre and surrounding areas.
The surrounding neighbourhood includes residential properties, the Oldy Club, and the busy Old Roan local centre. The development will provide modern and accessible living with two existing vehicular access points from Copy Lane and Ormskirk Road. This vibrant setting will offer a welcoming community atmosphere and it will enhance the local area and provide long-term benefits for the community.
