Bolden Group’s sustainability Strategy was developed through a comprehensive process involving collaboration across all areas of our business. Guided by our sustainability consultants, we undertook thorough internal and external analysis, along with workshops and engagement sessions, to pinpoint the sustainability issues that matter most to our stakeholders and our business.

This approach led to the creation of a materiality matrix that informed our strategic framework, goals, and targets. Our strategy focuses on three core pillars where Bolden Group can make the most significant impact: Our Communities, Our Environment, and Our Business. Each area is supported by long-term goals that drive measurable and meaningful action.

Our strategy reflects Bolden Group’s purpose of creating sustainable, resilient communities where people can thrive, and it aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To maintain transparency and accountability, we will regularly review and report on how our initiatives continue to align with the SDGs.

To drive the success of our Sustainability Strategy, Bolden Group has established an ESG Taskforce responsible for overseeing progress toward our goals and embedding them across all areas of the business. This taskforce comprises senior representatives from each Bolden division and is chaired by our Managing Director, with direct reporting to the Bolden Group Board.

The ESG Taskforce played a vital role in developing our sustainability strategy, contributing diverse perspectives and solutions across all areas of Bolden Group. Throughout this process, they collaborated closely with our sustainability advisors to ensure our strategy aligns with Bolden Group’s mission and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
