Bolden Group refurbished a three-bedroom terraced house in Whalley Court, Sefton, Liverpool, for our client, Denstone Homes. The property had been vacant between tenants and needed extensive work to transform it into a modern, desirable home. We completed the £55,000 project by addressing structural and cosmetic repairs, as well as painting and decorating throughout.

Our team upgraded the kitchen and bathroom to meet contemporary standards, ensuring the property offered modern amenities and functionality. We also improved energy efficiency by adding insulation, reducing energy costs for future tenants, and enhancing sustainability.
